Decision Under Pressure is a motion design study built around a character, documents and the pressure created by accumulating information. The communication challenge is to make an abstract business problem immediately legible without relying on dense explanation. A limited visual world, recognisable objects and controlled changes in scale give the sequence a clear narrative direction. The supplied work demonstrates how an explainer animation can use visual metaphor and ordered transitions to move from complication toward understanding while retaining a consistent graphic language.

Motion can give an abstract problem a visible cause, sequence and consequence, allowing the audience to understand change rather than only read about it.
The concept gives pressure and complexity physical form through a character and accumulating documents. That creates a narrative anchor before any detailed explanation is required.
A controlled visual language
